It is highly likely that you will be targeted with fraudulent texts, emails or calls. Please know that just receiving them is not enough to compromise your account. However, if you engage with them and mistakenly divulge sensitive information, you should immediately change your account PIN and password in Online Banking, set up account alerts, then closely monitor your account activity. If you notice anything suspicious or unusual, visit your nearest America First branch or contact us as soon as possible. Our team will help resolve your situation and take steps to further secure your account.
